Hi, there is a SN about diesel emmisions that are too low to measure, I make a note on the relavant vt40, or whatever its called now.
If you cant safely do a rbt I can't see what else you can do, I often do a dec-ometer test on vw/audi whwn they lock up the nearside front wheel on atl rbt, but I do a rbt test on the park brake.
I dont know when (if ever) the engine managment light will be a testable item.
P&A is always an option ;)

Hi guy

Few Questions

I cant seem to get a smoke reading for the new diesels such as the BMW'S. What am I suppose to do? I just put a note on the VT40 too clean no smoke reading is this correct?

Also when carrying out a RBT on a ATL the new Mercedes have a hold system once you press the brake they dont release for the second imbalance test. Can they be tested with a Deceleration meter?

One more is the Engine Management Light a Fail?

Thanks
