And as you are now the QC, unless you have been on a QC course allready, you need to get yourself booked in on one.

Hi Removalizer

While your new NT is considered inexperienced, VOSA would like to see you doing a QC on him (or her) at least monthly. I have a situation where I QC one NT monthly (due to him only testing for 10 months) and the other NT gets QC'd every two months (and he's been testing longer than me).

You will now be the AE and as such you don't get QC'd, But VOSA will be watching your stats, so keep an eye on your reports and when they ring up and ask why you fail more lights (for example) than the scheme average, (as they ask me each year on the phone) you will have already figured out why.

Hi removalizer.

Your postion ,workload and responsibility has now just doubled LOL:Donly kidding.LOL:)

The requirement is for you to carryout a QC on the other tester being a minimum of  once every 2 months,it used to be minimum of 1 a month but this has been slightly relaxed by VOSA,;)

The other tester does not do any QC"s  on yourself as that is done by VOSA

If there is more than one NT at each MOT Station, then my understanding was that each NT should be doing a QC on the other NT's I thought, but could be wrong;)
