No, I didnt see the discs/pads back in December. I have had my car serviced and mot'd at the same garage though.
Am I within my rights to request a refund do you know?
I would suggest that you speak to the garage that replaced the discs and pads in December, as new discs and pads would not wear out in such a short distance (2,000 miles).
PS When serviced, did garage show you the old discs when you collected the car?
I would like a bit of advice please.
My car failed its mot on Friday, reason being wear to front discs and pads.
I have just noted today that the front discs and pads were replaced during my service in December 2009.
I have not even driven 2,000 miles between service and mot.
Can you advise me if it is at all possible that I could wear the pads and discs enough for my car to fail its mot, before I speak with the garage.
