Not true you can appeal anytime, regardless. Appeal and do it sooner rether than later.

If You have an "Issue", then you should follow the correct procedures, as advised by VOSA. http://www.vosa.gov.uk

ask for an "appeal form", pay your dues and await the outcome.:shock:

After "Three Months", The Current "MOT" Will Still Stand!:shock:

In the Interests of "Road Safety", "C&U Regs", etc, And in the General Interests of All Other road users, May I suggest that You, Have The "Said Vehicle" "Booked In" for a new "MOT" ASAP!!:shock:
