| Hi,and thanks for your reply,i have advised her to get the work done and to re-test it asap you never know what else mite be wrong with it. I leave it to her if she wants to report the garage or not. Once again many thanks,Tim

so how do you interperate the testers guide then ? oh and by the way it's "a " not " e " in rather, and you cant appeal anytime, 90 days for corrosion

Not true you can appeal anytime, regardless. Appeal and do it sooner rether than later.

as Wes said, get vehicle tested, get the repairs done, peace of mind. much less hassle then going through the whole appeal procedure

If You have an "Issue", then you should follow the correct procedures, as advised by VOSA. http://www.vosa.gov.uk
ask for an "appeal form", pay your dues and await the outcome.
After "Three Months", The Current "MOT" Will Still Stand!
In the Interests of "Road Safety", "C&U Regs", etc, And in the General Interests of All Other road users, May I suggest that You, Have The "Said Vehicle" "Booked In" for a new "MOT" ASAP!!
