hi, my car needs an mot, after checking over it today ive found there's oil leak over the engine, and belt. is this an MOT failure? i have read the site couldn't find anything though.

Also, the rubber on my clutch pedal is missing, is this an MOT failure?

any help appreciated.. thanks.
