They have changed the rules regarding disciplinary action, where previously you could attract points for shortfalls and then based on the number scored you could loose your job for X length of time, well now they have decided to reduce the time of a ban from the scheme to a month, then to get back in you need further training and to retake or take the NTTA assessement.

It will be interesting to see who they target with that one because when you are out of the scheme and you have free time to think, you may not want to come back to be judged a second time, thus leaving you the golden opportunity to better your job status.

Who is going to be the first to be knocked off for a month?
It would be interesting to know what petty infringement you have to make, to get this new disqualification.
Also.. Consider the poor sods who have to retake the NTTA exams to get back in.
It's a biggy. So lets hear what happens next.......
