My nt has been awarded points for items he has admitted to missing in a Vosa retest. They turned up at the premises whilst he was conducting a test at the time. He was about to check items when they entered and spoke to him - asking to retest a previous vehicle. The vehicle had left, so they said they would retest his current vehicle. They hung around in the bay, and then moved off to the parking area, waiting for him to finish. He then continued with the test but then admitted he must have failed to see the defects which they pointed out on their test - possibly due to being disturbed during testing.

We were also told thet they would return later in teh week to carry out an interview. This has never been done and we have heard no more as yet.

any advice?
