Once upon a time in my dirty past, i had to put dents in the tank to pass the MOT. I had fitted racing handlebars and they were fouling the tank

Not" Bad damage"

I imagine you mean rear footrests?
They do not need to be fitted for MOT
Dents in the tank are not a failure.
Hope this helps

Do these need to be on for the mot? I have a rear seat cowl fitted instead of a pillion seat and my exhaust is support by an aftermarket exhaust hanger.
Also do dents in tanks affect the mot?
