used them off and on through the years only problem i've had was the lack of engineers covering scotland a few years back causing problems around calibration time..they seem to have sorted it out now:)

Rang them first thing this morning, they had cocked up the dates!....Again

Engineer arrived at 11 ish.  (Nice bloke, not his fault)

Sorted.

Worried about it all last night though !

i use them have to ring them all of the time to find out when they are comming always late most times they cock up the brake rollers & have to come back,only trust one engineer but he is now desk based but who else can u use??????

You have a contract - if they don't turn up they haven't honoured the contract !  ;)
