Hi there I probably do - but would not call it unannounced! Do you think I should!??! I rebooted the box again today and it worked for a while... how weird... I just cant believe for a ££££ machine how much a pain this has been - not sure we would buy another Bosch. David

Hi Guys I am affraid I'm back again with another issue with this BEA850! It was calibrated around a month ago and been fine since. Today is appeared with "err26: hc channel not adjusted " Anyone have any ideas before I get the phone book down the back of my trousers and get it repaired? The BEA850 has been a poor buy for us given the hassle compared to the other tester. Any advice most welcome. David
