I am back with yet another problem with this damn BEA...
The unit was calibrated last week and since then the remote control does not work!
If you point the handset at a camera you see the infrared LEDs so its ok.
The IR receiver (USB) is connected and you can see it as a HID device in device manager.
Does anyone know how to tell the software how to use the remote?!?!?
In the installation page with the com ports there are no options for the remote - do I need to set them eslewhere or perhaps in an ini file?
