My pack of ETs is sealed,not suposed to open unless instructed, I have sent no. on the front of the pack. Right or rong?

Hi guys,

had a message come through the system, which says the service desk personnel may ask for the "serial number" of the ET Certificates held?

does anyone know where to find it?:?
