well so far its all working on new format but there are a few things missing in new book have sent email to then not sure if I sent it to the right place but will find out.

my mot list that day did take most of the day to put back on but my mot customers don't realise how long it takes to do it all .happy days :dude:

had the same,massive list,write it all out then type it all in as well,at least it came back within an hour or two,due to staff days etc if had been off till shutting time summa our punters wouldn't have been able to tax their cars till today

well it went off again today had to do 2 con tests the one was a large fail took me a long time to do it then the system come back on so had to put then on system had trouble doing the time part but got there then it will be going off tonight again hope it all ok for tomorrow got a lot on will need to buy a new pen.:D

well its done it again today ct tests again got one one the system from this am press cancel but did not do it so will try tomorrow there IT people are very poor if this sort of problem happened on ebay the world would be up in arms they need ebay IT team to sort the dam thing out :X:X

yup had it a couple of times,i just log it in again,log the results out again,note on the advise sheet that the system went pete tong together with the actual time that I started the test and then print off results.only reqmnt in the guide is for you to log it in at the start of the test,no rqmnt for you to start all over again or hang it out for an hour for a s**te computer system.not had any queries yet but obviously the test record shows a REAL short test.your emissions print is handy to confirm the time you actually did it so make sure your emissions machine time is set correctly

well the other day it went wrong I did log a mot on and did click start mot because the time come up on screen I went back after 40 mins and my card gave me a 6 dig number put it in the screen went white .I did wait but no luck so reset page put 6 dig back in and it said start mot. I lost my original mot I was going to phone them but my boss said just start again so I did but it took a hour out of my mots did not get back home till late has any one had this problem :?:?

the system is now working okish had problem doing a duplicut mot but it all works ok now after update .but the new card is a bity of a pain to keep putting in the number but will get used to it .:dude: and merry xmass to u all

well it worked today ok a bit slow but entering results was bit over the top it did not like it went slow and page stuck :X

well system went off just doing the last bit so I told my customer who lives a bit away if it come back on I would take it pass to his house he works nights away from home so as luck would have it the system come back on so printed it out and took it to hime and went home. because it ant worth it today with the dam system going wrong.they say make inprovments the hell maks all our lifes hell .I wish they get a good IT team . :X
