The Testing Station list doesn't include a Testing Station with that site number.
It has 81325 and 81329, but not 81323, so it's possibly defunct.

Hi PhilA & welcome to the site.

This link will take you to GOV.UK where you can download a spread sheet with a list of all current sites. You will need to download & save an Excel spreadsheet & sort from there.

think your best bet would be to ring dvsa and ask them.theres about 22000 test stations and unless a former employee goes on here its unlikely to come up.one other thing, the mot history should show the station if you look it up when you enter the logbook reference number halfway down the front page,gov/mot history online.dvsa and anyone else involved will want it anyway to prove you have a legit interest in the vehicle.

Hello,

I'm new here and hope I'm posting in the right place, please accept my apologies if I'm not.

I'm restoring a Morris Minor which sadly has only a little history with it.

One thing I have is an old MOT certificate dated 16th Sep 2002 from test station number 81323. The stamped part which would have had the name of the garage is pressed flat so I can't read it. Is there a way to find out where the garage was please? From the last tax disc somewhere near Swindon is likely. I've checked the current list of test stations but this number isn't there.

Thanks in anticipation of any help you can give.

Phil
